Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the huge amount of email I get every day it is not possible for me to reply to everyone. I do my best but sometimes it just isnt possilbe. Here are the answers to some of the questions I am asked most. If your answer is not here please email me but understand that it can take a while for me to respond.

1. Q.I have bought a membership to the site. Does this give me access to the videos in the shop?. A. No a memberhip to the site gives you access to the members photos and videos. Videos in the download shop are seperate purchases.
2. Q. I have lost my username and password. Can you send it to me? A. Please go to www.ccbill.com or www.epoch.com to look up your account info using your credit card and email address.
3. When I try to login to the site I get redirected to the homepage and cannot save any videos. What is wrong? A. The security software on the server has detected multiple logins from different IP addresses and has blocked the account. If fraud is deteted IE a shared username your account will be closed with no refund. In most cases account are reactivated. Please email me if this happens.
4. Q. Can you send me model contact details? A. No, I cant send any model contact info for anyone except the guys on the escort page.
5. Q. I am not able to login with my account. A. 90% of emails saying people are not able to login are due to incorrect typing of usernames and passwords. Please copy and paste or type carefully, they are case sensitive so make sure caps lock isnt on. The other possible causes are browser settings which there is nothing I can do to fix.
